INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS
For reliable operation over long distances, use a high-quality CAT6 cable made of pure copper.
Avoid using CCA cables whenever possible. The network cable should be connected directly between the TX and RX units and must not pass through a network switch, router, or Ethernet device.
Use the same wiring standard on both ends of the cable, preferably:
T568B to T568B
For maximum stability, use short, high-quality HDMI cables and set the source device output resolution to:
1920 × 1080 at 60 Hz
IMPORTANT NOTE
This product is designed for direct point-to-point HDMI signal extension.
The RJ45 ports are used only to connect the TX and RX units and do not provide standard Ethernet or IP network connectivity.
This device is not an HDMI-over-IP extender and cannot operate through a network switch or router.
